Special Notes: Promotional literature will
be mailed out upon request. Please have a representative available
during set-up. Some volunteers may be required during show time.
Rain sites must be made available in the event of foul weather.
Additions: Joe & Lefty Spray Can Art is a
Florida based corporation and assumes all responsibility for withholding
tax, social security, state tax, public liability, and workmen’s
compensation. The above performance contract is to be binding on
both parties and not subject to cancellation except by mutual agreement
or acts of God, proven detention by sickness, accident due to means
of transportation, riots, strikes, epidemics, plagues, or other
legal condition beyond the control of the artist or contracted performer.
In the event cancellation by Joe & Lefty Spray Can Art or SprayCanArtists.com
should be necessary for whatever reason, Joe & Lefty Spray Can Art
must reimburse the client within 15 days with any and all payments
made to date by the client to Joe & Lefty Spray Can Art. Joe & Lefty
Spray Can Art is not responsible for any injuries occurring to client,
or event participants, during the event performance, unless grossly
negligent in its responsibilities.
Checks should be made out to Little Brother
Inc. Final payments for contracted services should be made on the
day of the event unless We are otherwise instructed. Joe and Lefty
will not except payment until this agreement is received and signed
by all three parties. Payment is not to exceed amount specified.
As soon as the check is deposited in Little Brother Inc.'s account
and funds are made available,15% of the Compensation amount (above)
will be payed by Little Brother Inc. to Agency or Corporation listed
(above) if commission amount is presented (above) 15% is what we
allow. Caterers working with large sums may leave commissions blank
and pay a flat rate.
Joe and Lefty will not except any College
or University bookings with out the additional signature of Carol
Studer of EverythingButtheMime.com.
Joe and Lefty will be painting free 5 x 7
paintings for participating guests during a 3-6 hr. performance.
